Getting started with AutoFXAI takes about 30 minutes, and you do not need any trading experience. This guide walks through every step — the same steps you will see in your dashboard, each with its own short video. If you get stuck anywhere, our team is one WhatsApp message away.
Before You Begin: What You Need

- ✅ Trading capital for your broker account — we recommend a minimum of $3,000, so the strategy can size EUR/USD trades properly

Not ready to fund an account yet? You can do everything below with a demo account first. Demo accounts are never charged.
Step 1 — Create Your AutoFXAI Account
Click Get Started, enter your name, email and phone number, and verify your email with the 6-digit code we send you. Then save a card. Nothing is charged at sign-up — the card is only used later for our 30% share after a profitable cycle. You land on your dashboard, where the setup steps below are waiting.
Step 2 — Set Up a VPS
The EA only trades while MetaTrader is running. A VPS is a small rented Windows computer that stays online 24/7, so your bot keeps working when your own computer is off. Popular providers include Amazon Lightsail, Contabo, Linode, DigitalOcean and IONOS. A basic Windows plan is enough. You can skip this step while testing on a demo account from your own computer.
Step 3 — Open a Broker Account
Open an MT4 or MT5 account with a compatible broker. We recommend OX Securities, and the dashboard lists other tested brokers with low spreads, such as IC Markets. The account is in your name and your money stays there — AutoFXAI never holds your funds. Fund the account when you are ready to go live.
Step 4 — Install MetaTrader 4 or 5
Download MetaTrader from your broker (on your VPS if you use one) and log in with the account details your broker emailed you. MetaTrader is free.
Step 5 — Activate Your Account in the Dashboard
In your AutoFXAI dashboard, open Activation, enter your MetaTrader account number and choose demo or live. This creates the license that lets the EA trade that account. A card must be saved before you can activate — that is why it is part of sign-up.
Step 6 — Install the AutoFXAI EA
- 1. Download the .ex4 (MT4) or .ex5 (MT5) file from your dashboard
- 2. In MetaTrader, open File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 (or MQL5) → Experts and place the file there, then restart MetaTrader
- 3. Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add https://autotradinglicense.com/ — the EA uses it to check its license
- 4. Open a EUR/USD chart and drag the EA onto it
- 5. Choose your risk level in the EA settings and switch on AutoTrading
The EA shows its license status on the chart. "Activated" means it is ready to trade.
What Happens Next
The EA now trades on its own. You can follow every trade in MetaTrader and compare it with our Myfxbook record. Every 14 days, the profit for the period is calculated: you keep 70%, and our 30% share is charged automatically to your saved card. If a cycle makes no profit, nothing is charged. Your payment history is always visible in your dashboard.
Common Questions
Can I withdraw my money? Yes, at any time, from your broker — your funds are in your own account.
Can I stop the EA? Yes. Remove it from the chart or switch off AutoTrading.
Do I need to keep my computer on? Only if you are not using a VPS. With a VPS, the EA runs around the clock.
